My newfound increase in crunching rate will be short-lived as the two installations I have back at home die off with the recent invalidation of old WCG installations. Hey Alain! I checked out your DES link today ... cool! I love the pics of the board ... you and all those attractive young women. You lucky dog, you. I hope they are all crunchin' at MOT. Get those machines converted to BOINC soon. EDIT: For the rest of the Motley Crew ... check out these smiling ladies: http://dalhousieequestriansociety.dsu.dal.ca/executives.htm [Edit 1 times, last edit by Dataman at Jun 3, 2008 3:14:25 AM] |

Clearly neither apply in Alain's case! |

Awesome. Points go up and up.
-- On another note. Does anyone know if WCG can be run on a USB Linux so I can run my Quad off a USB instead of a harddrive? |

I was very impressed by the school from the website and found a good YouTube video on it as well. Nova Scotia is my favorite Canadian province and my family and I made it our vacation destination several times. I also recently purchased several CD's of Natalie MacMaster, a leading fiddler from Cape Breton in Nova Scotia (question: are they CD's still when downloaded from iTunes Store or Amazon.com since they never are on a CD -- if so, could us senior citizens refer to them as records or tapes?). I returned 30K results this morning ... exactly. 30,000 (#371) WOW! I did a double take on that at first. Thought you meant 30K this morning as in since last night. Thought you had to have meant points. Then my senior moment passed and my senses returned. Aren't big round numbers NICE! Congrats Dataman! |

A two'fer today. 30K results in the morning and 8 million WCG points at the end of the day. It's been a long and winding road. The 30K is the most rewarding. Crunch on MOT ... you can do it! |
