That's a surprise and it means that our extrapolations in this thread (http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...hread=22627&offset=20) have been wrong. Also Sekerobs nice Crunching Charts disappeared from the mentioned thread today  Edit: The Crunching Chart is depicted in above mentionend thread again. The progess jumped to 86,42%.  Yes, suddenly less than 1 month to go. Of course this is good news for the project, but a little shocking for the badge hunters. I might need to hijack some computers around here to make it possible to get the Sapphire badge. At least a cache of 5+ days is needed in my case. But we'll see how things are going. :-) Happy crunching

I've scheduled 112 tasks on 1 system, which will be finished by Wednesday. At this moment I've also got 6,5 pages of PV, so I will definately make it to my first Sapphire!
 All other computers I've already moved over to another project. |

Thanks for the information.
I'll get my (first) gold badge soon. I'm at 89 days and 13 hours at this time and some units are "validation pending" With no hope of getting ruby badge, I aborted all WUs wich were not begun to make them available to other badge hunters. Thanks to all and happy crunching ! Is there a phase 2 in project ? |

It's a very thin but steady trickle, so you will see this now and again when a client asks for work and hitting 'update' is not helping as the server will just tell the client to 'back off' or 'defer'.
----------------------------------------As for batches, did not see actual batch numbers so we know what is the highest one to look for. The last I saw was E001045 and the one before E001014 according the log received on August 19. That's ~ 40 batches is 6 days or about 6-7 per day. Validation past 6 days average still right on the mark of 10,500 daily. Per a July update a batch is about 1,000 WU's (2,000 in quorum 2) edit: Corrected Typo
