News from team "Decrypthon"
Note: The project is French but Muscular Dystrophy is international. Everybody is welcome! . . . . .

70 days after the HCMD project team had emailed long-awaiting pre-registered volunteers (January 24) team "Decrypthon" has reached its first milestone today April 4, that is ranking 100 "by returned results", 104 "by points" and 101 "by total run time", thanks to the 1040 participants who have completed work units to date, and in particular to its top 5 crunchers:

Progress will be slower now that we are among the best performing teams, but there is no doubt that all participants will sustain their effort to go on helping scientists of all WCG projects and to improve the team's ranking as a consequence.

Nouvelles de l'équipe "Decrypthon"

70 jours après que l'équipe du projet HCMD a envoyé ses emails aux volontaires inscrits qui attendaient ce moment depuis longtemps (le 24 janvier) l'équipe "Decrypthon" a atteint sa première étape importante aujourd'hui 4 avril, à savoir les rangs 100 "par résultats renvoyés", 104 "par points" et 101 "par temps d'exécution", grâce aux 1040 participants qui ont complété des unités de travail à ce jour, et en particulier aux 5 meilleurs "crunchers" listés ci-dessus.

La progression va être plus lente maintenant que nous sommes parmi les équipes les plus performantes, mais il n'y a aucun doute que tous les participants vont maintenir leur effort pour continuer à aider les scientifiques de tous les projets WCG et pour améliorer les classements de l'équipe par voie de conséquence.

Je vois que les affaires roulent dans l'équipe Décrypthon, bonne chance pour la suite ;)

Si tu souhaites un endroit pour relayer l'information (sur le projet décrypthon) n'hésites pas à venir en discuter.

Eh oui, ça mouline gentiment et bien régulièrement. smile
Pour ce qui est de l'information sur le projet Décrypthon il y avait déjà suffisamment d'info officielle par les pages Recherches de WCG. Le seul point faible (à cause des gens du projet qui ne communiquent pas beaucoup dans ce domaine) c'était sur l'avancement des calculs. Mais comme Heyoka nous a ramené ces jours-ci de superbes infos inédites et les liens pour se tenir à jour je pense que je n'aurai pas besoin d'autre chose avant longtemps.

De toutes façons j'ai l'impression que le profil général de l'équipe c'est plutôt le genre "cruncher silencieux". smile
Je garde la lumière allumée dans ce thread d'une part pour garder une trace de la progression de l'équipe, et d'autre part pour qu'en cas de besoin les membres voient qu'ils peuvent venir s'exprimer en français sans problème. Moi je sais qu'il y a au moins Sekerob qui peut leur répondre en français mais les membres qui arriveraient en urgence pour la première fois ne sont pas forcés de le savoir.
